You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested by js777 for the purposes of account creation or KYC compliance. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Identity Verification. js777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and payment method documentation — at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your js777 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. js777 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, SMS, or social media. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been conducted by you.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your js777 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify js777 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. js777 will take prompt action to secure the account pending investigation.
4.3 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your js777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and any applicable withdrawal conditions. 4.4 Dormant Accounts. 5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified Players are processed within the following timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals — within fifteen (15) minutes of approval; bank transfers — within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. js777 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside js777's control.
5.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit. 5.5 Fraud Prevention. js777 operates robust transaction monitoring systems. Any deposit or withdrawal suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime will be blocked and reported to the appropriate authorities. Associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits awarded by js777 are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. By claiming any bonus, you accept these terms in full.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. 6.3 Bonus Abuse. js777 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close any account where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts; placing bets that mathematically hedge against bonus wagering requirements; providing false personal information to claim a first-deposit bonus multiple times.
6.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Household. The js777 welcome bonus is available to new Players only and is limited to one (1) per household, device, IP address, and payment method. 7.3 Obvious Errors. 7.4 Unsettled Events. Sports bets are settled after the official result of the relevant event has been confirmed by the recognised governing body. js777 uses the official result at the time of settlement; subsequent changes to the official result (e.g., following an appeal) do not affect settled bets unless js777, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise.
7.5 Cricket Betting Specific Rules. For PSL matches, international Test series, and other cricket events available on js777, in-play markets will be suspended during wickets, DRS reviews, and other stoppages in the normal course of play. Abandoned matches — where less than the minimum required overs have been bowled — will have all bets on that event voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the event-specific betting rules.
